The Physis Associates Psychological Evaluation Program is a comprehensive assessment based on the values and traditions of the Church being served. The process provides candidates with information about themselves, their faith, their families, and their gifts for ministry. It offers insights that can illuminate candidates' awareness of the gospel in their lives. This developmental experience seeks to promote understanding, augment self-esteem, challenge candidates at their growth points and extend to them an interpersonal bridge to ministry.
We work together as a team to use psychological, intellectural and spiritual instruments in combination with a skillfully conducted clinical interview to provide candidates and their respective referring groups with a thorough picture of each candidate's readiness for ministry and religious life.
