Joanne Mandell, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Ms. Joanne Mandell is a passionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who recently joined Physis Associates. With a strong foundation in inpatient nursing and nursing education, Joanne brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice.

Joanne earned her master’s degree in nursing leadership and education from Wilmington University. Her commitment to mental health led her to transition into a nurse practitioner.

She earned her Post Master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University, where she developed a strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various mental health conditions.

At Physis Associates, Joanne utilizes a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient’s goals. She stays current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest quality of care. She believes in the power of empathy and active listening to foster strong therapeutic relationships, helping her patients navigate their mental health journeys.
