Neuropsychology Fees

Many health insurance companies will reimburse for evaluation services. Clients can contact their insurance providers directly regarding specific benefits and reimbursement available.

For neuropsychological services only, Physis Associates will accept Medicare, Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield and all major credit cards, in addition to cash and checks for payment. Fees vary depending on the nature of the evaluation and the referral question.

If services are not covered under insurance (i.e., psycho-educational evaluations), it is the policy of our office that 50% of the evaluation fee is due at the time services are rendered, and the balance is due upon completion of the evaluation and feedback session. The fee for a psycho-educational evaluation ranges from $3,000 to $3,5000 depending upon the age of the person being tested and the depth of testing required.

Physis Associates cannot assume responsibility for billing insurance companies other than those listed above, but we will provide you with a billing statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
