Dr. Sarah Diorio
 Dr. Sarah Diorio earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University
 in Malvern, PA and completed her post-doctoral residency at Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health in   Newark, DE.  She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from The Pennsylvania   State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University in Olean,   NY. Dr. Diorio has diverse and extensive outpatient clinical experience in therapy and   assessment with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in a variety of mental     health settings.  She also has inpatient experience having provided psychological testing at the   Rockford Center in Wilmington, DE.

 Areas of therapeutic focus include issues related to general mental health, depression and   mood,  anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, family/relational issues, life transitions, and couples   work. Dr. Diorio takes an integrated approach to therapy utilizing psychodynamic and   interpersonal theories and methods. However, she finds it most important to tailor treatment to   the individual needs of the patient.  Areas of assessment interest include psychological and   personality evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations for learning disabilities, evaluations for   ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, and dementia.  

 Dr. Diorio has numerous academic interests and serves as a professor of psychology at Rowan                                       University in Glassboro, NJ and as an adjunct professor at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. 
 
In her free time, she enjoys fitness, college sports, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends.
